A little about the doctor
Dr. Bilal Ahmad Sethi is a Consultant Neonatologist and Paediatrician, and a Professor of Paediatrics and Neonatology at the North West School of Medicine. He qualified with an MBBS from Khyber Medical College, then trained and practised for fifteen years in Ireland, earning the MRCP (UK) from the Royal College of Physicians, London, and the Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
During those years he cared for some of the most fragile patients in medicine, premature and critically ill newborns, as a Consultant and Registrar in Neonatology and Perinatal Medicine at the Waterford Regional Neonatal Centre and as a Consultant Paediatrician at Wexford General Hospital. He has since brought that expertise home to Peshawar, so families here can access the same careful, evidence-based standard of care.

About Zango Clinic
Zango Clinic is Dr. Sethi's paediatric practice, built to bring specialist newborn and child care within reach of ordinary families. The name comes from Zango, the neonatal emergency transport system he developed to carry sick babies safely to the care they need. The clinic carries the same idea forward: getting the right care to your child, at the right time.
Alongside in-person clinic visits and online consultations, Zango Clinic offers a growing library of clear, doctor-written guidance for parents, from preparing for your baby before birth to answering the everyday worries of the newborn weeks, all in plain language and tuned to how families in Pakistan actually live.
Professional philosophy
Dr. Sethi believes the best paediatric care begins with listening. Parents know their child better than anyone, and a good consultation should leave a family feeling clearer, calmer and more confident, with every diagnosis explained in plain language and every child made to feel safe.
